All items are subject to a handling period of 1 to 3 business days before they are dispatched. During this period, all items are check manually for quality, defects or damages, accessories, freebies before packing and distributed to dispatch facility. Customers will get an automated notification via email or SMS if the order package has been shipped with tracking number to monitor the parcel during transit.

Most orders will be delivered within 10 to15 business days but sometimes there can be a 3 to 4 weeks delivery due to delays of different circumstances especially during peak season. Please take note that peak season may affect the order processing and delivery time which usually will take longer than usual.
